Do I need a reservation to visit?

Reservations are strongly encouraged for the cat lounge, as we have limited capacity. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability. You can make a reservation on the Visit Us page.

Can I visit the café without entering the cat lounge?

Absolutely! Our café is open to all visitors. You can enjoy our beverages and snacks without accessing the cat lounge.

Cat Lounge & Adoptions

How much does it cost to visit the cat lounge?

The cat lounge fee is $13 per person for a 50-minute session. This fee helps support the care of our resident cats.

Are kids allowed in  the cat lounge?

Yes! We welcome guests of all ages, but there are a few important guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both kids and cats.

🐾 Young Children – We don’t have a strict age limit, but if a child is mobile (old enough to walk and move around independently), they must have a paid admission to enter the cat lounge.

🐾 Adult Supervision Required – Parents or guardians must actively supervise their children at all times.

🐾 Child-to-Adult Ratio – For liability purposes, there must be at least one responsible adult (18+) for every three children.

🐾 Child Admission Costs – Kids pay the full admission price every day except Wednesday. Wednesday is Kids Day and children age 15 and under can enter for a discounted rate of only $7.

🐾 Teens (13-18) Can Visit Without an Adult – Teens between 13-18 years old can enter alone as long as they have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

We love having families visit, and these guidelines help make sure both kids and cats have a great experience!

Can I bring my own cat to the café?

For the safety and comfort of all our cats and guests, we can’t allow outside animals into the café or cat lounge.

How does the adoption process work?

If you’re interested in adopting, our staff will guide you through the process, which is facilitated by our partner rescues.

How much does it cost to adopt a cat?

The adoption fee is $100, which helps cover the cost of important veterinary care to ensure your new feline friend is happy and healthy.

Included in the adoption fee:
✔ Spay/Neuter – Every cat is fixed before adoption.
✔ Microchip – Your cat will be microchipped for added safety.
✔ Testing – Cats are tested for common feline illnesses.
✔ Age-Appropriate Vaccines – Your new pet will be up to date on necessary vaccinations.

Rules & Policies

What are the rules for interacting with the cats?

🐾 No Carrying Cats Around – Guests are welcome to pick up and hold the cats, but please don’t carry them around the lounge. Let them decide where they want to go!

🐾 Younger Guests & Picking Up Cats – For the safety of both kids and cats, we ask that guests under 13 do not pick up the cats. However, they can still enjoy petting, playing, and interacting with them!

🐾 Keep Toys Low & Slow – Cats love to chase, but fast or high movements can startle them. Keep toys low to the ground and move them slowly for the best playtime experience.

🐾 Respect Cat Naps – If a cat is curled up in a bed or perched in a tree, let them rest. You can gently pet them, but please don’t wake them by picking them up. Sweet dreams make for happy kitties!

🐾 Use Your Inside Voice – Loud noises can make our feline friends nervous. Keep voices soft and calm to create a relaxed environment for both cats and guests.

🐾 No Running or Climbing – We know the cat trees and kitty beds look cute and comfy, but they’re for the cats only. Please walk calmly and keep all feet on the ground. No running, climbing, or testing out the kitty furniture.

🐾 Let the Cats Come to You – Some cats are social butterflies, while others need time to warm up. Let them approach you on their own terms, and never force interactions.

🐾 No Feeding the Cats Without Permission – Please don’t give the cats any food or drinks from the café side. If you’d like to give them a treat, ask a Cat Lounge Attendant—we’re happy to provide special kitty-approved treats!

🐾 Follow Staff Instructions – Our team is here to ensure a great experience for both guests and cats. If they offer guidance, please follow their recommendations. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is not following the rules.

What items are on your menu?

We offer freshly brewed coffee, espresso drinks (Americanos, lattes, cappuccinos), tea, smoothies, specialty beverages, canned drinks, and a variety of baked goods, bagels, and grab-and-go snacks.

Do you offer allergy-friendly options?

We strive to accommodate various dietary needs, including dairy alternatives for drinks. Please let our staff know about any specific allergies or dietary restrictions, and they’ll gladly guide you through today’s available options.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

We kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought into the café.

Is there a time limit for café seating?

While there are time limits in the cat lounge, the café area is open to everyone. However, during peak hours, we may ask guests to limit their stay to accommodate others.
