Walk-in customers are welcome, but please be advised that only 14 people are allowed in the cat lounge at any given time and we get filled up very quickly.

Customers with a reservation have priority over walk-ins, so we can’t guarantee there will be room for walk-in customers who didn’t make a reservation. That’s why we strongly recommend making a Cat Lounge reservation before visiting us.

Policies

Cat Lounge Visits

Each visit includes 50 minutes in the cat lounge, where you can unwind with a drink and enjoy time with our adorable feline friends.

Admission

$13 per person

Admission is the same price every day — except Wednesdays, when kids age 15 and under can join for just $7 as part of our Kids Day.

Kids Policy

  • No strict age minimum, but mobile children (who can walk/move on their own) must have a paid admission.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • We require one responsible adult (18+) for every three children.
  • Teens (ages 13–18) may visit alone with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

What to Expect

We typically have 20–25 cats in the lounge. That number may vary depending on the adoption rate.

Some cats will be social and playful, while others may prefer to nap or observe. Just like people, every cat has their own personality.

CanCellations & Refunds

We know that life happens — and we want to be flexible when we can! Here’s what you need to know about cancelling or rescheduling your cat lounge visit:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit to receive a refund.
  • Please note: Your refund will be minus a 4% credit card processing fee, which is no longer refunded by Square.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Need to change your plans? Rescheduling is always free!
  • By booking a visit, you are acknowledging and accepting this cancellation policy.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out once by phone or email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

Lounge Etiquette

To keep the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone (especially the cats!), we kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines:

  • No Carrying Cats Around – You’re welcome to hold them, but please don’t walk around with them in your arms.
  • Guests Under 13 – For safety, we ask that younger children do not pick up the cats, but they’re encouraged to gently pet and play.
  • Keep Toys Low & Slow – Sudden or high movements can startle cats. For the best playtime, keep toys close to the ground and move them gently.
  • Respect Cat Naps – Please don’t disturb sleeping cats. Gentle pets are fine, but let them rest.
  • Use Your Inside Voice – Calm, quiet voices help create a peaceful environment.
  • No Running or Climbing – Kitty furniture is for cats only. Walk calmly and keep all feet on the ground.
  • Let the Cats Come to You – Never chase or force interaction. Let them choose what they want to do.
  • No Feeding the Cats – Please don’t share café food or drinks (even if the cat insists 😸). Ask staff if you’d like to give them a treat.
  • Follow Staff Instructions – Our team is here to help ensure a great experience for you and the cats. Guests not following the rules may be asked to leave.

Adoption Information

If you fall in love with one of our feline residents, our staff can guide you through the process, which begins with an application and ends with a contract with our partner rescues. 

Adoption Fee

The adoption fee is $100, which includes:

  • Spay/Neuter – Every cat is fixed before adoption.
  • Microchip – Your cat will be microchipped for added safety.
  • Testing – Cats are tested for common feline illnesses.
  • Age-Appropriate Vaccines – Your new pet will be up to date on necessary vaccinations.

Adopters also receive a complimentary adoption bag with food, treats, and toys to help your new kitty settle into their new forever home!
