****Please read this information before booking! Our reservation and cancellation policy has changed effective 4/8/23****

If you want to see the cats in our Cat Lounge, please reserve below! We get filled up quickly and cannot take walk-in visitors because we only have so much space! Please use the form below to reserve your spot in the Cat Lounge! You may book reservations for more than one person by changing the “Number of People” field.

Weekday and Weekend Cat Lounge Passes are $13 (plus tax) PER PERSON PER HOUR. Kid’s (13 and under) Wednesday Cat Lounge Passes are $7 (plus tax) PER CHILD. LISTING OTHER GUEST’S NAMES DOES NOT GUARANTEE THEIR SPOT. YOU MUST CHOOSE THE CORRECT # OF GUESTS PRIOR TO FILLING OUT YOUR RESERVATION INFORMATION. Example: If your total for 4 guests is $13.91, you have only booked one (1) spot, and we may not have enough space for your entire group. If you are having trouble booking online, please call us at 513-818-2287 for assistance, we will be happy to help!

If you are 14 to 17 years old and want to visit Kitty Brew Cat Café without an adult, we will need a parent or guardian print, sign, and bring in the “Minor Release Form” HERE  or an adult can sign the waiver when they drop off their child. Children 13 years old and younger will need a supervising adult with them during their visit to the Cat Lounge, no exceptions.

**REFUND POLICY BEGINNING 4/8/23 PLEASE READ, EXCEPTIONS WILL NOT BE MADE, THANK YOU**

After you have booked your online reservation in the Cat Lounge, you have 24 hours before your scheduled visit to cancel it. Reservations cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of your visit will receive a refund, MINUS a 4% credit card processing fee that Square is no longer refunding to users. We will not give refunds for no-shows or cancellations made the same day of your scheduled visit. Rescheduling is free!  By booking with us, you are acknowledging this policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us (1) time by phone or email and we will get back with you ASAP!

Our policy regarding reservations for 1–2-year-old children has changed. If your child is mobile and able to interact with the kitties, a paid reservation is required for their visit.

Parents of small children, please be advised that the kitties in the lounge are not able to be picked up as they have all had surgery and most cats in general aren’t fans of being picked up. Children should use quiet voices, avoid climbing/running/jumping. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult and must be supervised at all times, no exceptions. Kitty Brew staff is not responsible for supervising children.

You are not permitted to book 1 visit for multiple people and swap out halfway through, please do not ask us to accommodate this.

We do not allow outside food or beverages, please do not bring other business’ drinks or food into our establishment.
